Op zaterdagavond 28 augustus, omstreeks 21:25 uur rukte brandweer Nieuw-Lekkerland uit voor een brandende knotwilg langs de Tiendweg in Nieuw-Lekkerland.

De brandweer kwam met 'gepaste spoed' ter plaatse en bluste de brand. De oorzaak van de brand is niet bekend.

On Saturday evening, August 28, around 9:25 PM, the Nieuw-Lekkerland fire brigade pulled out for a burning pollard willow along the Tiendweg in Nieuw-Lekkerland.

The fire brigade arrived on the spot with 'appropriate speed' and extinguished the fire. The cause of the fire is unknown.
